-        Kelly Ripa surprised many people when she appeared on Regis & Kelly on crutches having suffered a broken hip.  I have suspected for years that Regis Philbin is some sort of vampire who sucks the youth out of his co-hosts.  Want proof? Have you seen Kathie Lee Gifford lately?
-        Concurrence: 2010 New England Patriots on Monday night while Diggaduh is in Israel.  On October 4th they beat the Dolphins 41-14, on December 6th they beat the Jets 45-3. Dear Pats Fans: I know what you are thinking; I better figure out what Diggapedia is in Hebrew.
-        Custer’s’ 7th Cavalry Regimental stained silk flag from the Little Big Horn sold for $2.2million at Sotheby’s Auction House.  I hear Nancy Pelosi’s Speaker of the House gavel is available on eBay
-        Are we expected to believe that one PFC stole all of these confidential documents?
-        Susan Collins (R-ME) was the lone Republican senator to vote to repeal Don’t Ask Don’t Tell, while other GOP senators including Scott Brown (MA), Lisa Murkowksi (AK), George Voinovich (OH), and Olympia Snowe (ME) say they oppose DADT but voted the other way.  Stand up for what is right and repeal this law.  In a Dec 3-6 Gallup Poll of America’s citizens found those opposed to DADT outpolled those for the discriminatory law by a margin of 67% - 28%.  The only demographic group in favor of keeping DADT is conservative republicans only because they haven’t admitted they are gay.
-        The FAA admitted that it is unsure of the ownership status of 119,000 out of the 357,000 private aircraft in this country.  119,000 planes and we don’t know the owners?  Yeah keep checking my 3oz of Listerine, because that’s the security risk.
-        According to a Bloomberg poll released today Americans want deficit control but no changes to their entitlement benefits.  That kind of cake and eating it too cost Marie Antoinette her head.
-        Palin going to Europe and Israel in 2011.  Tweet Predictions: Just arrived in London, did u no they speak English here? Touring Jerusalem, man this place is old.  Paris is nice but they don’t serve freedom fries, LOL. 
-        Loved the season finales of The Walking Dead and Boardwalk Empire, and looking forward to Sunday night and the Dexter season five finale.

Where were you on September 10, 2001?   What were you worried about?   What occupied your thoughts, worries, hopes, and dreams?   What were you excited about?   What were you interested in? September 10, 2001 was a Monday. Cindy and I were still laughing about the recent visit from the Three Amigas: Leah, Roseanne, and Valerie, and the adventures of Sedona, a certain screen door, a forgotten carrot cake, and breakfast for champions.   We were also dealing with a 1995 Chevy Blazer that seemed to be on its last legs, surviving our first Arizona summer, thinking about what to remodel in the house, dealing with the concept of a Home Owners Association, thinking that my best shot at a World Series game maybe with the fledgling Arizona Diamondbacks, and looking forward to a visit from Scott, Lori, and the boys. Sunni and Shia: So who are the bad guys again?

Baby faces vs. heals?   Cowboys vs Indians?   Good guy always where the white hat.   “Dig is he a good guy or bad guy?”   Bad guys always, looked, well, bad. You’re either with us or you’re against us.   Iraq, Iran, and North Korea are the axis of evil. Americans, for the most part, have a pretty simple outlook on conflict: just tell us who the bad guys are and we’ll know who to root against.   We tend to lump similar races and peoples into larger buckets, mostly due to the media’s inclination to treat us like potential Jeff Foxworthy competitors.   But the world is anything but simple and as I have written previously, the Middle East is as confusing and confounding place as you can find.   During the Iran and Iraq war of the 1980’s most Americans took the position that “…as long as they kill each other, I’m good.”   When civil war ravaged Afghanistan, we joined the side of the Mujahedeen because they were fighting the Soviets and the Soviets were our archenemy, a position they occupie
